How do you make your clothes from recycled materials?
We take post-consumer water bottles and fishing nets, clean them thoroughly, and shred them into tiny chips before spinning them into high-quality yarn for our signature compressive fabrics.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to select countries including Canada, the UK, and Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my Girlfriend Collective pieces?
To prolong the life of your gear and protect the planet, we recommend washing in cold water with similar colors and hanging to dry. Using a microfiber filter bag is also highly recommended.
What is the ReGirlfriend program?
ReGirlfriend is our closed-loop program where you can send back your old Girlfriend Collective pieces to be recycled into new gear, and in exchange, you'll receive store credit for your next purchase.
