At Girlfriend Collective, we believe in being kind to the planet and your body, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that a $7 restocking fee applies to returns for a refund, while exchanges and store credit returns are always free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason for the request to help us improve our sustainable designs.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original eco-friendly mailer, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
